The long-term prognostic significance of BP control
determined by ambulatory BP monitoring has yet to be
established

ZESTRIL is contraindicated in patients who are
hypersensitive to this product and in patients with a
history of angioedema related to previous treatment
with an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor and
in patients with hereditary or idiopathic angioedema
Evaluation of patients with hypertension, heart failure, or MI should always include assessment of renal function (see DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION).
